Racó d’en Cesc is one of the few elegant and distinguished restaurants that are imposible to be disappointed with, without spending a fortune for a dinner. Racó d’en Cesc is located in the heart of the Eixample district in Barcelona. Founded in 1986 by Francesc Cànovas, the restaurant provides the perfect setting for groups, business meetings as wells as family celebrations.
Since opening, Cesc shines for its faithfulness to the Catalan tradition, without underestimating the value of subtle innovations. The restaurant is divided into a main room and various sections, offering private dining area seats.
There are two types of menus; set menus for groups and a tasting menu (drinks are not included). The menu is based on daily recommendations, high standard local products and an outstanding wine selection.
Green asparagus with fuet sausage, sautéed cuttlefish, rice with mushrooms and foie, Iberian sirloin with goats cheese, oven-baked hake with potatoes and seasonal mushrooms and pork feet with sautéed vegetables are just a few examples of the delicious and healthy meals served there.
